I love spiny lobster and coconut salad. My favorite.
would love to try banana & nutmeg ketchup!
Huuican inflicted church, eerie i bet.
How did the talks with Julian Bond and kids go?
Amazon changes water color to murky?
Loved pic of ruins in downtown Manaus.
Scary anaconda, me no touchy of that one!!!!!!! no snakes and spiders for me.
Did you catch any piranhas?
Loved the text about the waterfalls.
My sister did a college trip, Semester at Sea. Wonder if its the same boat. I bet

I've been surprised by how easy it is, by and large, to stick to not having the TV or radio on; and also, how much more at peace I feel. Even my husband has greatly reduced TV/radio time, and has sworn off reading the online 'comments' section of any newspaper. Without the TV on at night, we also find that we go to bed earlier and get more sleep. All good!

I have done the same experiment recently, and I agree with everything you (and the experts) have written.

Also getting into reading some of your books I have missed in the past few years. Happy writing!

It sure looks tasty to me. I sent the link to my wife's son-in-law that cooks something special every night. I think he would love to try this if he hasn't already done so.

I find your articles very interesting. I find I spend way too much time with T.V. and the social media, but find it hard to break away. I did a little oil painting a few years ago and may return after seeing your results. Best of everything Lisa.
