Who are these road trippers you’ve been following, anyway? (If you stumbled onto this post from elsewhere, start the road trip journey here.)
Lisa is a romance and young adult novelist, with over twenty published titles under her belt. You can read her bio here. The whole website is hers, actually; feel free to dig around.
Clark, on the other hand, is a more mysterious figure… Or not. He’s an automotive journalist and marketing writer/editor, working in a variety of fields. Academics, software, jewelry, and yes, cars. His most prominent work is for Lexus; here are a few samples:

Clark has also written a novel, a golf comedy. Winter Rules will be on sale at the end of summer, 2012.
Clark collects antiques, is in a book club, plays hockey, fly fishes, is into stonework in gardens (herniated a couple discs thanks to that…) and oh yeah, is restoring a 1920s Mercury Body speedster that he pulled out of the weeds behind a neighbor’s house.
Clark has owned over 70 cars in his life, put himself through college working in service stations, and has a brother who caught the car bug even worse than he did and now owns two repair garages in Seattle, Doctor Don’s Automotive.
Lisa — romance novelist, girly-girl. Clark — a hockey playing writer who’s learning his way around a welding torch. What can you say? They were made for each other.
